Bully or Bullied – Which Are You?

Read the program notes from my newest public speaking topic. Here is an excerpt:

Common elements to both individuals

– Lack of self-confidence or self-esteem
– They fall within the 80/20 rule

Knowing and understanding these two elements, which are directly related to each other, you can easily recognize and address issues.

First you have to understand or be aware of the 80/20 rule. Whether it is school, volunteer organization, or work, the general understanding is that 20% of the people perform 80% of the work.

20% of the classroom is involved in school activities, earn good grades, and their parents are involved in their school and social life. They are more outspoken, competitive, interactive and out-going.
